What we staff
Lift Directors
Most of our work today. The job is as much production and scheduling as it is safety. On your site, our Lift Directors:
- Review the lift plan and load charts before anything gets picked
- Check crane setup, ground conditions, and the swing area
- Run the pre-lift meeting with the operator, riggers, and signal person
- Sequence picks and coordinate deliveries and trades around the crane
Crane Operators
A card means an operator is certified. Experience is what makes them qualified. We check both: NCCCO certification for the crane on your job, and real seat time on that class of machine.
Riggers
NCCCO-certified riggers who inspect their own gear, choose the right rigging for the load, and work to the Lift Director’s plan.
